Q. Do you accept cheques?

A. Unfortunately not, we only accept cash on delivery.

Q. Can the bouncy castles go on a hard surface?

A. Yes they can. However, in windy weather you may need to switch the castle off/we may not be able to deliver the castle.

Q. Can you deliver bouncy castles up steps?

A. Most of the time we can. However, you do need to tell us before we arrive. You can either ring us at the time of booking or on the online system there is an option when booking to leave a note.

Q. How do I book online?

A. To book online please follow these steps:

  1. Select the item you wish to book.
  2. Use the buttons at the bottom of the product description to check availability.
  3. Enter your postcode.
  4. Select any other items you wish to include in your booking.
  5. Complete the details on the form.
  6. Await your booking confirmation - please check your junk mail.
