We take safety very seriously, and will adhere to all health and safety guidelines, especially when the whether is concerned. You can book with us, assured that we will advise you honestly and ensure you and your guests are safe when using our equipment. This does mean that we cannot hire an inflatable outside in wind gusts in excess of 24mph.
We understand this may cause difficulties if bookings need to be cancelled, but we will always communicate with you in the lead up to your event, and discuss the risks up front. The safety of our users is our priority, and we hope you agree this is the best for all concerned.
